DVDROM wont open when IDE cable present

I have two cdrom drives. Both wont open when the IDE cable is present. It was working perfectly all the while until today when i first booted my computer. Both's a DVD burner, one memorex one nero. I swap the IDE cable with a new one but it wasnt any help to solving the problem. I unhooked all the power cables to my hdd and fans, leaving the only power cable to the (1) dvdrom. It still wont open. Windows couldnt not detect the drives. DVDRom wouldnt open unless IDE cable is detached from it. Could this be a MB problem?

internet surfing slow

Im currently running on a router with 4 computers running at the same time.none of them are downloading.i find that specifically only my computer surf slowly on the net while others surf faster.previously i have had lag spike which i removed it successfully.the problem occurs again. for instance, surfing facebook.com on my computer is pathetically slow while my other computers are exceptionally fast.any idea on how to resolve this problem?

I've got my pc infected with a spyware. Details as follow :-

*show 475.exe in processes. keeps showing itself.

Anyone with a solution?besides buying anti-virus programme. My norton has expired.

Can't access hdd by double clicking

i think i got infected by some bug or something. The 'open with' appears whenever i double click on
any of my hdd. The only way i can access my hdd is by typing the drive name in the address bar.
Anyways, take a look at it. Ignore the picture beside. It's just the other image from my second monitor.
