Poslaju delivery

I was expecting some documents from overseas via EMS this week and apparently the documents have already arrived and even delivered to me! But here's where I smelled something fishy going on. First of all, I was not home to receive the EMS documents. However, when I checked the website, I found out that after one minute of unsuccessful delivery, the package was successfully delivered at 4.17 p.m.! My question is, can Poslaju ask just anyone, and I mean ANYONE to accept an EMS package on my behalf and not even letting me know? Shouldn't they call me or something? If I'm not home, they should leave the card telling me to collect the document at the post office, isn't it? At least that was my experience last time but apparently my past experience told me I was wrong. Or have they become so "advanced" that they don't even have to tell the recipient anything regarding the status of their EMS?

Who is at fault here? Poslaju? Or the person receiving the documents on my behalf? FYI, those documents are not in my hands yet and it's very important. If they just let anyone accept it, then isn't it a breach of duty of care on Poslaju's part? I can't imagine how frightening this would be for people who are expecting some important documents or items through EMS!

need advise/opinion

So, the story goes like this...
I'm graduating soon with a degree in law from MMU but I do not plan to chamber nor continue on with a legal career as I am well aware that it is not for me. I may have wasted the last five years of my life studying something that I'll probably never use but it's always good that I know the law so I don't see it as a loss at all.
Now...
I plan to study abroad. I want to study something that I'm more interested in such as writing or performance. I have three places in mind: Canada, US and Australia. When I come out to work in the future, I would love to work for a magazine and the likes. If possible, I would like to remain in the country of my choice to work and settle down etc. etc.
My question is which of these three countries have the better option of what I want to do? Another concern is money. Is it possible to work part time in these places and then pay for my education using the money that I earn part time? Or can the part time money only cover my living expenses? Also, I had a PTPTN loan for my degree in law. How do I deal with that? Should I get a job here first and save money that way or what should I do? I'm so lost!

p/s: My plan is to leave within the next two years (2015-2016). Is that possible?

Hi guys! Anyone of you experience this before? I received my package from poslaju which contain products I bought from overseas. I found out that some of the items are missing and the invoice was gone also. Does this mean that it is stolen? The package was opened and inspected before.

EMS Korea to Malaysia

I hope someone can help me out on this issue.

I ordered some products from this Korean company known as AC Care Cosmetics and there are several options for shipping. I chose the most expensive one i.e. First Class which cost me 19USD and they claim that I can receive my shipment within 2 days. They are doing this by EMS. Here's what went down.

I placed the order on Monday night and I guess it must have been processed on Tuesday. So if the products went on the plane on Tuesday itself and it's within 2 days, I should have received my order on Thursday, right? But it's already Friday night and I have yet to receive anything.

Anyone of you here have any similar experience? Is it true that I can get the products in 2 days if EMS is used? Anyone can roughly tell me the process of EMS or something like that? Oh yeah, the worst thing that can happen is they didn't even bother giving me the tracking number so I'm extremely lost now.

Please help! This is seriously upsetting and depressing

AC Care Cosmetics

Hey people! I'm not sure if I post this under the correct forum but I wanna know if any of you here ordered anything from this Korean skincare company known as AC Care Cosmetics before? It's a cosmetic line that claims to battle acne and clear the skin within 2 weeks.

Anyway, I ordered from their website on Monday night so I'm sure the order is processed the following day. I paid an additional 19USD for First Class shipping which they claim will arrive within 2 business days. But I have not received anything until now!

My questions will be:
a) Anyone here has experience ordering products from Korea before? How many days does it take for the products to arrive?
b) Is it possible for the products to arrive in 2 days (Korea to Malaysia) using EMS (express mail service)?
c) (this one is not really relevant but just to get something off my chest) do you think it's very unprofessional and rude not to reply to a customer's email just because I scolded them for not doing their job properly?

I hope someone replies me....anyone! I'm so desperate
