I am being offered a position of headhunter in a company. Better don't mention the name here but it's located in Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral.

I tried to ask the person who offers me the position, how much is his basic and how much he will earn but he insists that it's P&C. I understand that this is P&C. He just told me he earns quite a lot. But he struggled for 9month to 1year to get used to the work.

But what if the basic is too low?

This is sales related as you only will get commission once you close the deal with the clients (organizations) and also the candidates (future employees for organizations).

I read his blog and see his pictures in his company. It looks like a ideal office environment with great teams. But it's sales related, which was something I swear I will never get involved. But think about this, I am not selling useless items and force people to buy, I am helping organizations to look for qualified candidates.

I am fresh grad as he used to be too....... Need some opinion on this.

Intel in Penang

I was asked to go for interview later.

I barely know anything about Intel. Indeed, I will be hired by NCS IS Sdn Bhd but I will be working with Intel. It's outsourcing.

I wish to get some info from you guys who have worked with either NCS or Intel.

Coz I have heard a lot of dark sides about being a contract staff and I won't be able to enjoy most of the privilege as a permanent staff does.

Some more, if I am the one who wanna terminate the contract, I will be needed to compensate the remaining months' "lose" for it. That's what I have heard.

I am a fresh grad with zero knowledge in this. I hope you guys can enlighten me.

I had been a DIGI broadband user and I cut it off within a week, coz I encounter the problem of need to disconnect and reconnect after 10-15 minutes of surfing. Because when I open a new page or refresh, my webpage appears expired. If I disconnect and reconnect, ok for 10-15 minutes again. It's bothering me.

Now I am using Maxis, the same problem happens. I tried using my Maxis broadband on my friend's laptop and that didn't happen. So I guess it's my pc's prob? But I am not sure what problem is that.......

Are you facing the same problem? And can you please enlighten me how to troubleshoot this?

I already tried uninstall and reinstall, uninstall and reinstall my USB hub. Other than that, I really don't know what to do anymore.

Any comment is very much appreciated.

I'm looking for research participants for my research. I'm currently doing my Final Year Project (FYP).

My title of research is "GAY DISCLOSURE: CONSEQUENCES AND COPING STRATEGIES"

My purposes of research are to
1. investigate why would you disclose even though you know there might be conflicts happen.
2. understand the consequences of revealing your sexual preferences to your family and your friends (how they react) and
3. how you cope with the consequences/ conflicts.

I need gays who are already out of the closet (family and friends already knew about your sexual preferences).
The respondents I need are staying in Malaysia (any states, any races).

I will interview you via internet (email, msn, etc).
Confidentiality and anonymity are guaranteed as your identity would not be revealed to any parties. JUST YOU AND ME.

I can't pay you, because me myself is in a tight budget as well. Therefore, volunteerism is needed.

I really really really hope that the ones who read this thread will respond me in anyways. Contact your gay friends and ask them whether they are willing to help me in my studies. I really guarantee that I will DO NO HARM to any of my respondents.

The respondents I need are staying in KUCHING, Sarawak, Malaysia.

I will need to interview each of you at least for 2 to 3 sessions, which each session will approximately take you around 1 to 2 hours.
Confidentiality and anonymity are DEFINITELY GUARANTEED as your identity would not be revealed to any parties. JUST YOU AND ME.

I can't pay you, because me myself is in a tight budget as well. But i could reward something as return for your co-operation, maybe counselling sessions or some light drinks or meals.

I'm not sure whether the time and date for the interview to be conducted since I'm just at the beginning of my research. But right after I got PM from you guys, I will definitely try to arrange a convenient time for us to meet up.
