I would like to buy a unit to invest. As checked, my eligibility is about 550k.

Location, prefer in KL / Ampang / Cheras area.
Of course want to buy near near to LRT/MRT

Note : Back in the past, more than 5years ago, I was in debts with cc and PL. But trust me I had it rough, eg my late dad was terminal and I was sick myself. I am financially sound and have better knowledge in finance today. I treat CC as emergency and had been using my husband's one wisely over 2 years. The reason for me to get one is we're cancelling my husbands cc cause want to max out his housing loan. There is no rush for me to apply for one, but would want to keep one in hand in case of emergency.

Indoor Unit :
Mitsubishi Model SRK35ZJ-S
Mitsubishi Model SRJ50ZJ-S

Outdoor Unit :
Mitsubishi Model SCM50ZJ-S1

Both indoor unit share the SAME outdoor unit.
Aircond was "given" by developer , it came in together with the unit when i purchased the unit.

So basically, outdoor compressor blew up. Technician came, say nothing more can do, and left.
So i need to find another outdoor unit but when i googled it seems so hard to find it.

Since i am 0 knowledge in aircond, Any SIFU here can advice me?
I ask the technician, he said better change new unit or buy new aircond

But i like the idea one compressor share two aircond, jimat space at the balcony

Any SIFU can advice where i can find the outdoor unit?

KENA SCAM - cimb debit card

A friend of mine just kena scam.

She suddenly receive SMS from cimb saying got RM1.4k charges & next sms say about rm400+ . nearly 2k

When she check her cimbclicks, it say balance 3k but available balance 1k. She said the money not yet taken from akaun. I think its floating

Call CIMB and they cancel her debit card. She wants to do police report and go to CIMB Branch tomorrow.

When she call CIMB to stop the charges, they say cannot, can cancel card but cannot guarantee if the charges go through or not.

How ar? Anybody with similar experience?

Hello all.

After 4 years of financial struggle, I manage to pay off my debts.

I finish pay off my personal loan. It was under special interest in ccris record.
CTOS also have for the same personal loan. Now already updated i fully settle
I finish paid on 27th April.

Only now left 1.2k for credit card charges but in ccris its all 0 0 0 0 0 for last 12 months.

And now i need to apply car loan because my car already cannot move.

How fast I can apply?

Have anyone ever heard of paid to click?
Basically you will be paid by clicking on advertisement.
There is alot of PTC websites. Some are fake/bogus, some really do pay

Let me give you a scenario.

So ABC website is a PTC website. The webpage is full of banners/advertisement. To advertise in the sites, I need to pay. In this scenario, lets just say i pay $10 to advertise for 1 day.

You sign up with the same site, ABC website. You click on my ad. You will receive $0.001 just for clicking on 1 ad. If you click on 10 ads, you receive $0.01 ( if you manage to click on 100 ads = $0.10)

The "minimum cashout" is $2.00 at ABC website. Means, if you manage to click on 20,000 ads, you can transfer this amount to your paypal account.

Other sites also offer games and surveys that you can earn.. It depends on the website and their offer, I suppose.
