Hit and run case. What should i do?

Someone hit the side of my car while we both signal into the same lane, but i was already infront and ahead of her. I signaled to the left to stop and so did she (apparently) but after i already stopped, she overtook me and drove off. I did not get her car plate because it was too fast and there were too many cars on the road blocking her car. Damage is not very bad, just badly scratch and slightly dented inbetween driver car door and back door.

1. I didnt get her car plate number, should i still report?
2. If i didnt report and she did report, would I be at fault and get saman?

Best snail mask? opinions?

Hey girls, i did lots of googling but i just didnt come up with satisfactory results. I need your opinion on which snail mask is the best? not the sheet kind but the one that comes like in a tub/jar and you apply it on (then wash off)

Im looking for something with actual results. My skin is pretty uneven from some pimple scars and pigmented...And im looking for a fairer complexion. I'm not exactly funded so im looking for something decent priced and good. probably not exceeding rm 60?.

Where can i buy blank cd cover and sand art?

Hi guys, For the sake of my assignment, I need to know where i can buy blank cd covers, the plastic kind. But the good quality kind. The one that is abit thick, not the cheap flimsy kind. And also i need the front and back of the cover to have some spacing so that i can fill it with sand(my assignment concept >_<) What i had in mind was that i wanted to somehow find a blank cd cover where the back and front has some space, maybe i could break off the top or bottom, fill it with sand, then seal it back by melting the plastic. But firstly, i dont even have an idea of where to buy blank cd covers. Any one knows where i can get blank cd covers? Maybe the kind of shop with high quality types? I live in subang, so perhaps a shop in Sunway Pyramid? Or a shopping mall in the area which has a shop that sells it? >_< PLEASE i need your help

Then another thing. I need to know what kind of shop sells the sand provided in sand art. You know the colourful type?. Like there would be blue or red sand. Those kind of coloured sand. Any idea where i could get that? Im planning to check out toys R us, but everything there is pretty pricey. So any tips on where i could get coloured sand?

well my boyfriends birthday is coming soon..
and i plan to surprise him by playing a song for him on the piano..im trying to decide between mandy moore- only hope and utakata hanabi which is from naruto shippuuden one of the ending themes..
but id love to have more suggestions to play..any nice song with nice melodies..not so extremely hard but not too simple too
no malaysian songs if possible xD anime and english songs would be good but preferably from animes xD since animes have lots of nice songs..but ijust cant find the right one

incase anyone is gonna suggest dango from clannad and yiruma a piano song composer, i decided to exclude dango and yiruma xD
