Isn't buying bluray movie need permit?

Hi all,

I don't know whether this is correct thread to post. Anyway, I want to share with all of you guys. Have somebody here have been ordered bluray movie from overseas and detained by customs? I have order about 15 bluray movie from overseas and the item was detained by customs at POS Malaysia KLIA . I got a letter from POS MALAYSIA about the status of the item and ask me to do clearance. There are 2 options to choice whether I go to POS Malaysia KLIA to do self clearance or by appoint representative as a Customs Agent. So, I have choose 2nd options and they will handle for me to do clearance and will delivered the item to me after the clearance. I also need to pay them about RM50 for handling charges. After that, a customs agent call me that the bluray movie need to refer to FINAS for future reference. I let them handle to FINAS. After 1 days, the customs agent call me back and told me I need to send a letter about "Pengecualian Permit" to Lembaga Penapisan Filem, Kementerian Dalam Negeri.
I don't know about the letter before. So, I write the letter to them and fax it. Now I still waiting for the result. Anyone here have same experience before?
