I am helping a friend upgrading his old desktop. Spec as follows:
1) Proc: Intel Pentium D 820 2.66GHz
2) Mobo: Asrock 775Dual-VSTA (http://www.asrock.com/mb/VIA/775Dual-VSTA/)
3) RAM: Unbranded 2GB DDR2 667MHz
4) PSU: Vantec VAN-460C 460W

I'm trying to upgrade his GC from HIS Radeon HD 4650 (DDR2 512MB) to Asus GT 630 Low profile (GDDR3 2GB). However I can't POST with the gt630 installed. But no problem with 4650. Not a single thing come out on the monitor with GT 630 installed. I alrdy tried changing the bios setup to use PCI Express for primary graphics adapter option. Does this means GT630 not compatible with this mobo?

Here is the list of compatible GC of this mobo http://www.asrock.com/mb/VIA/775Dual-VSTA/?cat=VGA. I know that gt 630 is not in there but 4650 is also not listed and its working fine. Im not familiar with old hardware and hope the pros here can help me.
