Hi guys,

First home buyer here. Im seriously considering buying my first home as I am still elligible for the 1st home loan 100% loan scheme by the govt. Taking full advantage of it, i want to buy rather than rent in Shah Alam Area.

After scouring the area i found this Apartment, Cendana Apartment in Bukit Subang area about 15km North of Shah Alam city center at the cusps of Shah alam/Saujana Subang area.

The prices are quite reasonable in my opinion, rm130k for a non bumi lot, at the top floor. Its a four storey walk up with no lift.
Almost 4 years old.
Not much commercial lots but Denai Alam is very close (higher end residential neighbourhood) almost completed and would definitely have some commercial.

Whats bothering me is that surfing the net, there has been a steady amount of auctioned properties for Cendana units. Do i need to be worried?

Anybody have any input of this area or the Apartment itself would help me in making a decision.

Hi guys, ive been reading older threads here and other forums abt NAZA GTR 150...some comments are abit outdated.

So i hope i can get some feedback about this bike coz im seriously considering buying it (replacing my shitty kembara)

- Apart from the looks (awesome) wat else is good about it?
- FC ok ke? (i spend rm10 daily on my kembara to go to taman tun frm ampang) approx 60km a day
- Sparepart problem solved? I heard comments of it being expensive n all
- Breakdown easily? Im a casual rider ( drive to work and back) leisure speed oni would this bike give problem if i leave it stock and dont rembat...

I dunno i leave it up to u guys to comment...
