Looking for Suggestion of Customized Desktop

Hi there, I want to customize a desktop for architecture student use which I aim to use it for another 8-10 years. My budget is RM5000 maximum for the CPU (maybe RM5500 including monitor). Any suggestion for this customized laptop? Appreciate if you all can advise the price for each of parts as well. Thanks very much!

Below are some of the architecture software that I’ll be using:
1. autocad
2. sketchup (more things drawn, software is heavier)
3. Layout ( under Sketchup)
4. Style Builder (under Sketchup)
5. Enscape (under Sketchup)
6. lumion (very heavy software)
7. revit
8. photoshop
9. V-ray
10. 3D studio max
11. Adobe illustrator
12. Adobe InDesign
13. Rhinoceros 3D

*Mostly processor, rendering and storage is what I concern.

ProblemS on K810i

Recently, I accidentally dropped my SE K810i from 1st Floor straight to ground floor and the housing pop out but doesn't break at all. I then combine it back and found my keypad button could not work properly. Initially it was button 5 but then now it's ok and it turn to be button 6. Any idea how to solve this? If I've to repair it, any idea about how much it will cost me?

Also, I've updated my K810i to the latest version via SE website online. Then, I found it doesn't come with Chinese language. Which mean I not only cannot type in Chinese, but also see only boxes for all those Chinese word. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Please, I really need help in solving this.

Comparison Between Graphic Card

I am looking forward to buy a laptop recently where I come to this 2 graphic cards.

1. AMD Radeon™ HD 6630M - 1GB
2. NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M

Can anyone tell me what's the difference between this 2 graphic cards?
Which one have a better performance and also last longer?
