Help! Bold 9700 problem

Just bought a 9700 bold model 3 days back, then sudenly today my flashlight on itself, try many things already, pull out the batery everything and still om, evem the phone is off, the only way to off the flashlight need to take out the battery anyone know what problem wth my phone?

Ps: from sarawak bought it at lowyat, now in kelantan working, do i need back to kl send back the phone? So far
