Forumer you are complaining against: wotiyo and carlosnest

Item being sold/bought: bought an altec lansing speaker ada106

Date of transaction: 30/11/2012

Details of the complaint :

1. got it from the buyer (wotiyo) who bought from carlosnest, told i will get my remote control when carlosnest back to hometown.

2. keep follow up with both wotiyo and carlosnest but no news when i will get the remote.

3. later find out wotiyo still owe carlosnest money and carlosnest do not want to give to wotiyo.

4. told carlosnest im the new buyer but carlonest say only deal with wotiyo which make the case complicated.

5. till now no news yet.

6. wotiyo still saying the same thing...

7. follow up and message and call uncounted....really regret deal with WOTIYO!!!

follow up date: 30/11, 28/1, 8/2, etc etc

How much do I need to fork out a property which is 20k lower than bank value?

say for example: selling price RM350k ,bank value RM330K.

Total how much need to prepare including the 3%, 7% upon S&P, and legal fee, and other fee....

Item(s) conditions:ACS45.1 become yellowish as usual but still kicking, ATP very seldom used showroom condition

Reason for sale:too much speaker at home

Personally got 4 X ACS45.1 White, 1 X ATP3, and 1 X Z2300

Might consider selling my Logitech Z2300 THX certified speaker too.

RM400 nett, 1 satelite not working (u can replace it anytime) and some minor scratches on the front sub casing.
