Hardware Problem

Can anybody help me about my cpu. Last 4 weeks my pc have some monitor problem. But i could'nt detect what is the real problem.the screen become dot dot all over the screen from bios startup. when i choose open normal mode. the screen become blank until the end. the pc still on but nothing came out from the windows startup.

After the problem. I try send the cpu to someone good in hardware. He detect nothing happen but still the screen dot2. the solution is i must try to reformat the cpu. after i transfer all the important things first.

[COLOR=purple]Now i already bring back my pc. Then i on my cpu. the bios screen also couldn't enter and the lcd screen blinking. then at the mother board the most sound come. the sound of the tuuuuttt....one time n stop. i try to do my solution try to take all out my graphic card n my RAM try to connect it back one by one for several times. Ok now my pc can on back but now not the dot2 only at the screen but have line like wave from the other side of the screen to the other side of the screen. I'm thinking what the F is goin on with my computer. i try to enter it using normal mode but still cannot. hten i try using safe mode. i transfer all the important things to other hard disk. i try reformat back my pc using my usual activate vista business, then it can reformat. now after reformat it I still couldn't enter the windows after i put all the new password. the blank screen still come out , before that the dot2 screen still have there with some line from top to bottom of the screen. . can somebody help me here

What is going on with my CPU......can somebody help me.....is it my windows problem or my hardware...the so colourfull gigabyte motherboard or my precious 2 and a half years graphic card gigabyte or my super hyper X RAM 2 x 2 gb ram or my so long expensive three years time processor last time AMD<last time mahal jugak lah>....can somebody help me!!! I'll pay your treat if u can give some good solution.... please!!
