I've got few years working experience, went go college b4 but dropped out, highest edu is SPM.
what is like the fastest way to get at least diploma or even better, degree?

i plan to make it happen part time, i found OUM which is approx 5 years for the degree or 6 years diploma->degree,,

basic intro
im 23 this yr.only on SPM cert.was on diploma but did not finish.
previously on banking line for half a year as sales. got other sales exp as well cuz doing part time for quite some time ady.
also has call center experience for 2 year plus (including current job)
basic pay 2.9k + allowance + OT ...every month stable pay at least 3.3k,maximum 4k. btw my company has very little or less than normal workload...
has various side income as well.

so this is the situation...
im trying to look for career advancement..but its getting kinda difficult cuz it seems that without degree...im only offered on smaller companies or maybe even bigger companies but lesser salary than others the same position...im looking for at least 20-30% increment...i was offered team manager in 1 company that offers 3.6k basic lil allowance no OT...basicly can get nett 5k p/m but has extremely heavy work load...no off days...hence i turned it down...
so i was wondering some where in this t junction of my life...should i go back for the degree and come back out...or else what are my choices?
