Dear all Seniors,

I'm fresh graduate and graduated on 2011.

After graduate, I work as a Freelance Broker (selling property) and managed to work as a Management Trainee (October 2011) for 3 month in Security company who take care ATM machine, then move on to well known big company as an marketing executive (February 2012) for 3 month.

I quit as marketing executive, then working as a sales consultant (June 2012) in gold trading company for half year. But this Company was raided on October 2012 and need to stop my business activity.

Therefore, I'm helping my relative to set up and prepare for his new company/factory which will launched and open on August/September. Work as an Administrative Executive (February 2013-Present)

I have few experiences during I have course in University which described as below;
1.) Insurance agent (August 2008 – June 2011)
2.) Clerk in FMCG Wholesaler company (August 2008 – October 2010)

Dillema:
I REALLY need to find my way to escape from this unstable employment. I have learnt as much as possible in previous employment. Manager is surprised when I tendered my resignation letter since he is giving a high rate in my evaluation report. I'm the fast learner and able to work independently without any superior after few weeks.

Why I frequently jump to new company: The answer very simple, I CANT SEE MY FUTURE in next 10 years if doing a same job in same roof.

NOW I plan to open my own business and running with my existing capacity in term of manpower and budget.

Question:
Am I qualified to run my own business in this time? Am I too young? I set my own philosophy, age and experience not very important. Mindset and attitude are the role to shape you out.
***I’m 25 years old (coming to 26). Graduated in Bachelor of Business.
*** Have experience in Managing, marketing and networking.
*** Extra benefits in myself: Strong analysis skill, fast learner, hardworking, thick face, leadership skill and able to find a solution
*** Weaknesses: I like to check and care every small detail in my job that related to me.

Hi all,

Just want to have advices and opinions from reader.

Is there any benefits working as a Property Agent since I'm degree holder in Business majoring in Marketing.

How is the career path??

Future??

Payroll??

I been offered to work as a Marketing Executive in one of reputable Property Consultant company in Malaysia. There are two payroll scheme that can be choose 1) Low basic salary + Low commission (5 days a week should available in office) and 2) 100% Commission (time flexibility + only require to attend meeting).

From this two payroll scheme, which one more preferable??

Is it safe actually since this type of investment are not guaranteed by Malaysia government.

Dear all,

Just received offer as personal banker from Ambank, However the problem raised from my mind is there any future can i experienced it for next 5 years, 10 years, or 20 years in Banking and Financial industries????

As Banking is moving forward, can I take it as chance to test whether I'm suit for taking this job opportunity?????

Just received a call from Ambank management, and position offered was Personal Banker, Wealth Specialist...

Any Idea regarding Basic Salary offered, job description, benefits, working culture??? Is it need to do 100% sales for Ambank product??? Is it 100% outdoor sales instead to do sales at Branch???

Besides, need opinion from others whether there is any future work as Ambank Personal Banker???

Hi all,

Just saw vacancy advertisement for NB Motors trading on JobStock.com.my.

Vacancies position I'm interested is management trainee. Will apply for it since I'm just graduated and currently now in kuching and required candidate is fresh graduate.

As my info, NB Motor Trading Sdn Bhd is located at Kuching and was handling motoring business such as Heavy machinery, motorcycle, new, used, and reconditioned and passenger commercial vehicle.

Therefore, is anyone know about this company's benefits provided, remuneration package, company stability, etc or have friend working in NB Motors.

Idea of Business Opportunity

Hi,

Currently with modern world, expenses is increasing, lifestyle is changing to more demanding, fuel prices still keep on going to increase, rapidly increasing of inflation rate, yet our salary still "static", doesn't move "far"...

I'm planning to conduct my business in home based. But the problem i Don;t have any idea to open or set up, and does not have opportunity to explore Home-based business...

Is there anyone can introduce Business opportunity neither Home-based nor office based..

I'm seriously to please all readers to share their idea as long as is does not sound "SCAM"...

Dear all member,

I need all member's assist and opinion regarding Home Based Business/Opportunity.

Recently graduated from Australia university, and was looking for many vacancies, some of big company are giving better rewards and benefits but was rejected as many competitors. While Some of company had offered "lesser rewards but no job security given. Is it our Sarawak (Kuching) economic not develop yet?????

Therefore, I'm looking for Home Based Business/Opportunity that can be trusted and promising rewards. I was gone through SCAM before and was cautious about tis matter in future. Anyone can help or introduce???

Did u guys heard about trading business that allowed Home based Entrepreneur stay at home and only opening their email to received order from customers. This type of business something like act as a "intermediary" and distribute goods via courier.. Most of the goods(Microchip, electronic component, vehicle spare part, etc) was imported from foreign country.
