            <title>Vivi&amp;#39;s Diet + workout log</title>

            <description>I once posted here a long time ago when I hit my ideal weight but since then I actually gain some kg due to some unfortunate reasons and now trying to lose it again. I don&amp;#39;t know why but I&amp;#39;m kinda stuck at 53 kg for a while even though these things are not foreign to me.I&amp;#39;m targeting to lose 5kg by the end of January (2 months) so if anyone is  willing to give any comments or critiques to help me I would deeply appreciate it. I will upload some pictures soon to track my progress.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Details about me:-&lt;br /&gt;Height : 158cm&lt;br /&gt;Weight : 53-54 kg &lt;br /&gt;Target weight : 48-48kg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday:&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast :- Coffee and 12 cherry tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;Lunch : Milk and bun&lt;br /&gt;Dinner : Pau (meat) + 4 cherry Tomatoes &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sports: 1.5hr Gym (resistance 30min + Jogging 1hour)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tuesday: &lt;br /&gt;Breakfast : Milk and Cherry Tomatoes (7pcs)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch : Mash potatoes, sausage bun, Macaroni and tomatoes (3)&lt;br /&gt;Tea: Banana&lt;br /&gt;Dinner: Pau (kaya/peanut)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sports: Badminton 1 hour&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wednesday:&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast : Milk and 7 cherry tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;Lunch : Instant noodles and Banana&lt;br /&gt;Dinner : Rice, pork and vegetables&lt;br /&gt;Supper: Watermelon and Celery&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sports: none&lt;br /&gt;</description>

D: Cause nobody trusts me with food so.. everyone keeps feeding me &amp;gt;_&amp;lt;&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Wuu, &lt;!--emo&amp;:cry:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='cry.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;  but I want to be slim at least once in my life... so I thought I&amp;#39;d make a journal to keep track of my progress.. to slim down and be tonned (healthily&amp;#33;) Maybe you guys can give me some advice and motivation &lt;!--emo&amp;:D--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; hehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='color:blue'&gt;Here are my stats. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Age:22, (23 in sept)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gender :female&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Height, 158cm (arh, I&amp;#39;m so short)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight &lt;span style='color:red'&gt;54kg &lt;/span&gt;(my target is 48kg by september.. but the idealy I would like to be &lt;span style='color:red'&gt;45kg&lt;/span&gt; &lt;!--emo&amp;:D--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Body measurement 32-27-33 (not sure if I measure rite.. T_T haha but damn.. banana shape...  I want to have a smaller tummy)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='color:blue'&gt;Here&amp;#39;s my lifestyle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;T_T I pratically live in the office. haha... I don&amp;#39;t really have much spare time. Maybe about 3 to 4 hours a day. But after eating, bathing, doing basic chores and studying.. I&amp;#39;m probably down to 2 or less hours daily before the next day starts. &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; But yea,... I&amp;#39;m going to try hard to have a better lifestyle. Too young to become fat and ugly T_T. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I play 1 to 2 times a week, each session from 1 to 2 hours. But I think that&amp;#39;s not enough... so going to try and inject mild exercises in between&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='color:blue'&gt;Food&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast : soy milk or milk with oats + cereal + black saseme powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: follow colleagues... normally malay food or fast food. &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;(((&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner: Normally malay food + fruit juice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don&amp;#39;t usually snack.. might sneak a cup of coffee between but that&amp;#39;s about it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='color:red'&gt;The new Plan&amp;#33;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Planning to do mild exercises every altenative day. &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; Maybe u guys can give me some advice to ditch my arm fats and tummy fats??&lt;br /&gt;Currently my plan is to do skipping 300 jumps or more&lt;br /&gt;Crunches&lt;br /&gt;Push ups &lt;br /&gt;and jogging in place (haha since I only have my small room and .. it&amp;#39;s kinda improper to jog alone outside at nite since I&amp;#39;m a girl)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And for my food intake, I plan to keep breakfast and lunch the same, but I&amp;#39;m changing dinner to a meal replacement or something really light ( I can&amp;#39;t skip dinner... since I get gastric easily)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please leave a comment if u have any&amp;#33; &lt;!--emo&amp;:D--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; and &amp;gt;_&amp;lt; be kind..
