            <title>Frequent Disconnection Issue</title>

            <description>I looking for those who stay near Kelana Jaya or area around it including SS26 and SS25 (Taman Mayang and Taman Mayang Jaya), PJ Selangor. Did anyone of you facing frequent disconnection with your DiGi Broadband especially during night time round 8pm till 1am? For those who face the same problem as well yet staying in different places, you are welcome to state it here as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The reason I started this topic was to find out if this issue affected only me, everyone in my area or was it a widely know issue to all Digi Broadband users. Pls do state the following details :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Area : SS26 (Taman Mayang Jaya)&lt;br /&gt;Time : Frequently happen around 8pm till 1am everyday&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;Modem : E1550&lt;br /&gt;OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had filed more then 3 complaints to DiGi for the past 2 months yet till today I cannot see any progress from them to fix this issue. Appreciate if you guys can help out a bit so I can confirm it before I launch an official complaint with MCMC.</description>

            <title>Older Firmware for E1550 Modem Needed</title>

            <description>Hi guys, do you know where can I get the older firmware version for E1550 modem. I&amp;#39;m having tons of connecting issue after updating it to the latest version from DiGi official website. Keep getting stuck at the &amp;#39;Connecting DiGi Broadband&amp;#39; especially after you get disconnected from the system. It will get stuck for about 4 to 5 minutes before you are allowed to reconnect again and in some worst situation you couldn&amp;#39;t even restart or shut down your PC untill you unplug the modem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don&amp;#39;t have all this issue when I was using the older firmware version. Btw, I&amp;#39;m running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Anyone else facing this issue?</description>
