Understanding rejected Credit card application

Hi sifu,
I would like to understand why my cc application rejected.
I got 570+ score on ctos, which is below average.
I dont understand how they evaluate my credit score.

Bank rakyat gave me too much commitment as reason, and cimb i tried on the spot approval, they told me low credit score as reason.

Currently i dont have any loans except ptptn, which i have restructed last september and paying 200 (30y), current balance 62k.

Is there any ways to increase my score, because i wanted to apply for mortgage loans in near future, maybe 3rd Q 2018 And here i was thinking simple CC also cant approve, how are they gonna approve if mortgage loan 😅

Hope someone can shed light on my problem.

I am planning to buy a property.
i want to know the steps.. yes i have looked around and saw a few topics discussed about this.

so what if i want to put >10% dp, when & to whom do i pay that?
the 3% & 7% to whom am i paying? to owner or to bank?
>10% means i am looking at +-40% cash dp

is it trustable and advisable to 100% rely on agent?
agent told me he can arrange for lawyer & banker so that both seller & buyer go thru same person

the duration from 1st step to getting keys, how long will it take best case & worst case
3 to 6 months?

Hi all. Need some advises from sifus here.

here's my situation - i want to buy my 1st home. im fresh grad (well actually doing internship now, probably will be joining full time in June)
My plan is to buy a home by end of this year (if possible). currently living&working @ cyberjaya.
so let say my salary after minus minus let say i can save 1k per month.

im looking at near puchong/dengkil area. lots of leasehold there
my question is it worth to buy lease hold?
my plan for now is to buy some cheap house (possible if below 400k) and thinking of upgrade in future after marriage.
and how good is resale value/market for leasehold? scared if buy then hard to sell back.
how much my salary should be to afford such house? current(upcoming) commitment only ptptn (around rm500 permonth). got a normal old proton, not planning to buy a car.

please do advice. im set my target by end of this year must buy a house.
