Given you two job offers with same position, same location, same basic for starting 3 months, following are the difference to let you decide:

Company A:
-Automotive industry, exclusive distributor for lubricants and performance parts.
-turnover >40 mil per annum
-manage sales team size around 5 to 10
-report to MD
-large pool of clients
-Be part of management
-Corporate working environement

Company B:
-Niche market, specialize in design and fabricate for events
-turnover >3mil
-Total company manpower 20+, on your own to develop market
-report to owner, owner has other companies, wont be around all the time
-Niche segment but high margin
-Entrepreneurship training by owner at start, will be able to earn more than 10k income but your boss will demand more sales

What would be your choice?

Hi All,

I tried to google but unable to find related info, can anyone tell if there is any car park with full day charge instead of hourly charge for overnight parking? Or something like max charge per day.

I am in planning of whether park my car there for taking coach or getting there by public transport, i prefer option 1 since my schedule crashes with rush hour in morning and evening.

Hello All,

Trying to figure out what would be the value if i want to sell of my honda accord 2.0manual year 1994. I have not drive it for few months, and to be honest the car is not in good condition (leather seats crack, gasket need to change, suspension and rim, tint film need to replace with)

Wonder if any1 would be interested in buying such condition car? if not if it is possible to sell as scrap metal?
