Unable to purchase games in Orign

zaxxshoxx — Tue, 14 Mar 2023 22:38:37 +0800

Has anyone experienced an error in purchasing any games/DLC in Origin? My wife did manage to buy a DLC a few weeks ago, but yesterday she tried to purchase again but failed due to "We're unable to verify the card". We've tried a few other cards but still cannot proceed.
