[Legal Advice] House lived by outsiders

Hi I have a 3 storey house (approx 12x70 sq ft) in Cheras which lived by those INDIANS fella.

I got this house during the auction and I made full payment by CASH without doing any bank loans. Out of a sudden the house was still living by those INDIANS dude. It's already 6 years from the time till now, I admit that I have no much time to really think about it but now I am going to seek for any advice on how to get rid of them from the house. I've tried cutting off the electricity and water supplement so that they would leave the house ASAP, but out of nowhere almost 50+ indian gangs came to my house (I live in currently) and infront of my house gate just to beg me just for the electricity and water supplement. I'm freaking shocked and scared out of nowhere imagine a huge gang infront of your house.. I've made police report but they are not doing anything at all. I've find a few lawyers to handle this case (well this is already under court case) but after paying few K's to the lawyer and they surrended. Just took my money and run away. Can lawyer just being such a con dude? == What kind of law and justice in malaysia does?

Help me as I need a good advice on handling this. I have no lawyers that I know who were trustable. I don't mind paying for the court fee as I need to get back this house which worth RM 3xxK ~ RM4xxK now.

*This house is 100% a property of mine which under my name.

I have had my BVC membership since Oct 1995. That time was RM 16000, but now according to their website is RM 30000.

I had just scanned through the agreement for this BVC membership and did not state any payback. But I heard this is a payback scheme membership?

How to increase your electrical earth flow?

Hi everyone!

Over all the computing area in my house where consist of 2 computers. And the computer switch had connected to the extension cord where the extension cord had also connected to one and another regardless of continuously electrical flow into a few cords.

Recently my computer had a shock over the casing (including metallic part, usb ports, etc) and also the area had plugged a stand fan where the stand (which made of metals) it also give me a shock. Almost over the area where plugged into the same main switch connected with extension cord with 3 - 4 3pin plugs gave me a shock whenever I touch the metal part. I suspect that the earth flow is not enough or maybe the electrical flow is not flowing correctly.

Can anyone give me any suggestion about these problem? Or anyone know how to extend / increase the earth flow?

Hi Everyone,

I just want to know more information about the Rapidpass Pelajar.

The RapidKL offers 2 type of Rapidpass Pelajar.

- Rapidpass Pelajar Bas - RM 50 (for unlimited bus use)
- Rapidpass Pelajar Intergrasi - RM 100 (unlimited bus, LRT and Monorail)

The description for these pass were "Rapidpass pelajar is a monthly students’ travel pass which offers 50% discounts for students. Students can enjoy unlimited rides for 30 days on all RapidKL buses and LRT as well as the Monorel. The card uses the Touch ‘n Go system. "

They mean 50% discounts for students? But why they said about unlimited rides? Isn't that if I bought the pass for RM 100 I can ride anywhere with buses or LRT without paying the fares? Or I need to pay the fares with 50% discount? Confused

Windows Vista is running extremely slow

My computer Windows Vista is running extremely slow. Few years ago I just newly bought it for my office use was nice and fast. Later on in 1-2 years time thousand of documents in my computer and getting slower. I'm ensure that is the documents makes my computer slow? But it just only used up 1/6 of my disc space (150GB). So what causes my computer running too slow? My left disk space are (100GB). I've just used up 50GB only and the computer turn up into very very slow. OMG..

HP G3160D Home PC
Windows Vista Starter
Pentium Dual CPU 1.6GHZ
32-bit system operation
1015MB RAM DDR2 (x2 512MB DDR2)
150GB Hard Drive
Intel GMA 950 Graphics

P/S : I've installed a dual boot Windows Vista and XP. The XP is run more faster 10x than Windows Vista. Is Vista a completely failure? Should I remove all it's vista components and left into XP? And I don't like Windows 7 because it's not support for gaming.

Computer doesn't start

I turn on the power of my CPU and the light was on for few seconds and turn back off again. I keep repeat this for thousand of times it still cannot be turned on. Is my power supply problem?

Monitor shows "No Signal"

I want to upgrade my computer instead of buying a new one is much more cheaper than I thought.

Okay here's my problem,

I have tried to change the VGA cable / monitor still shows no signal.

I'm sure that the problem causes no signal is one of these :-

- Motherboard built in video card
- Motherboard built in graphic card

How should I fix the built in graphic / video card? It can't be removed from the motherboard. Unless I have a PCI Video Card.

Do Digital Mall sells PCI Video Card? How much does it cost? Which store?

Another question is could I get a new 1TB HDD to replace the old one with installation of Windows XP?
