Hi all dai gor dai jie,

I've received a call from condo JMB said that, there's water leaking near the lift there and after they send someone to check, they found that it's the water pipe that supply water to my unit leaking. I went there and they showed me, obviously it is true as what they said.

But my question is, who's responsibility is it to repair the pipe? I thought I'm just responsible for everything inside my unit? According to them, after the water meter it is owner's responsibility. It seems to be not an easy task, ask the ceiling is covered with plaster ceiling, have to cut it to repair, and dont know need to cut for how long. If up to my unit then 9 lat, my unit is at the end of the flloor. Even the plumber that JMB engage to check doesnt want to take up the repairing job, as he said it's tough to do repair work at such small space.

Anyone can advice? Which act or what law should I refer to? Asked my lawyer friend, she said it's abit grey area, not too sure.

*Update, got the letter from JMB, doesnt looks relevant to my case, they are refering to cases like leaking to downstairs in this letter right?

By the way, is "House Rule" enforcable?

Problem with my graphic card, ati 4850

i just bought a Sapphire ati hd 4850, installed it in my pc, but after i start my pc, my monitor is black screen.
so i try to plug back to my onboard 1 to try to install it 1st, but when i try to install the driver from the cd, it tells me that it cant find any suitable device.
why is it so ??
any solution ?
