The pioneer is a passionate Certified Montessori teacher with almost 10 years of experience. Looking for partners or investors to set up a Montessori preschool in mid to high end areas in Klang Valley, preferably someone from the same industry with some business experience and shares the same vision in delivering a quality Montessori education to the children.

Seriously what is the profit margin for zhap fan shop located at a decent area with decent volume of customers every day?

It seems the business is quite good. The price is for them to charge and don't think many people will question them also even sometimes you think it is unreasonable.

Which one would u guys want if you can only choose one?

And no, you cant buy over good relationships if you choose money. You will live a lonely life without close family/friends/partner, no one to
share and understand you.

In return, you will live a better life above everyone else around you. Better life quality, people respect you for your money and different girls
going to you for your money.

On the other hand, if you choose relationship, you will live a simple and meaningful life surrounded by people who are close and genuine to you,
at least someone to celebrate festive seasons with. However, you will live an average life, making just enough money for your own happy family.

Sometimes at work when you disagree with your boss's decisions/opinions, do you gais voice it out and let your boss know
even though they might not like it?

Or just nod your head, jilat and hope your boss will be happy to promote you every year.

Your boss might be a good boss but ppl make mistakes and especially those older one who are too used to their thoughts and way of working.

Need suggestion choosing a car

Hi, I'm looking to get a car and based on my budget, i've identified the 3 options above. Would like to get some recommendation/opinions from the sifus here.

Personally, i prefer sedan and sporty kind of cars and i will be using the car mostly on weekends and traveling back to my hometown occasionally (not driving to work daily).

In my case, is it still worth to get a used civic or mazda 2? If yes, which one do you recommend? Or should i wait for the Proton X50 to be launched
next year with all the hype around it? Planning to use and keep this car for at least 5 more years.
