HDMI Port not functioning

kirajx — Fri, 09 Apr 2021 11:32:47 +0800

Hi! Need some advice.

My HDMI port for my laptop is not working suddenly. Used to connect to my monitor but now it's not responding despite plugging it in.

I went to reinstall the graphics driver and now my brightness keyboard hotkeys cannot work ( I have to use the graphics driver program to adjust )

Laptop: Asus K401u

Graphic Drivers:
Intel HD Graphics 520
Nvidea Geforce 940M

I've updated all the drivers and windows to the latest version but both my HDMI port and brightness hotkeys are still not functioning. Anyone can assist?
