How to set QOS for router DIR615

I am sharing internet with my housemates.

The problem now is they keep secretly downloading torrent at daily basis..if it is at midnight,where I m not using internet ,I can accept that.However,they always stay up late until 7 am morning and they download using p2p at morning till evening..

and when they stay awake,they will play diablo and some of them will also download things,which make my speed terrible for the whole day...sometimes I need 5 minutes to load google homepage

they will say ok if I tell them to stop downloading but they will secretly still running their p2p software in background..

so,I try to login my Dlink DIR615 management account and found the settings for QOS engine but I can only enable the settings and nothing change...can anyone teach me how to limit every pc p2p download speed by MAC address..I cant seems to see the settings in DIR615 router settings.

My firware version is 7.17
I can only access this...but they still heavily using internet and set up many ports to host their game affected my internet usage..

Anyone know how long does pin MEC last for MUET exam??I try to search around internet and found nothing..

My sis enroll into foundation in science at segi college(penang) this year and can I ask anyone -- which college/uni acknowledge/accept this certificate if she want to take chemical engineering degree??(Besides segi degree)
