Beli Sealed battery dari Shoppe. Barang retak dan cair masih keluar dari tempat retak walaupun lepas lap dengan kain.

Request shopee pulang balik utk barang rosak, shopee minta gambar dan I buat sedemikian tetapi dia org Shopee tetap cakap bukti tak cukup lepas tu dia tutup kes duit pun terus hantar kepada seller,

kami buyer langsung tidak bagi peluang pun bukti yang mana kukuh diperlukan.

Tanya seller apa boleh buat dia orang pun bagitahu complain sajer Shopee, mereka tak boleh buat apa. Tiada jawapan selepas itu untuk tukar yang baru.

Hantar complain kepada After Shopee Guarantee pada 22 08 2022 tapi sampai hari ini 15 09 2022 masih tiada jawapan.

Bayar dengan shopee pay, jadi tiada dispute dengan credit card. Serious reply only, thank you.

I tulis dalam bahasa sebab ramai juga kawan2 di Shopee tak faham English.

Username I dekat Shopee: Benck. dan Minta tekan LIKE/HELPFUL pada comment I at Shopee supaya LIKE itu tunjuk message kepada orang ramai yang ingin beli online tapi I dapat barang rosak rugi I sebab permintaan tukar barang telah ditolak mereka.
