- Processing manual claims

REQUIREMENT

- Degree in any field

- Computer literate
- Communication skills in email writing and answering phone call

POSITION: SALES AND CLIENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Clients Recruitment (sourcing of client contacts, proposal, follow
up, training & status etc)
- To provide support in a timely and efficient manner by attending
to client enquiries such as claim, plan benefit etc
- To take charge of inbound and outbound mails, phone calls and
documents routing/filing.
- To provide continuous support to Chief Strategy Officer in
achieving company’s strategies and targets.
- To prepare renewal document, presentation tools, and tender
document requirements.
- To perform ad-hoc function as and when delegated.
- Assist in other administrative duties such as typing letters, filing
and etc
- Update Schedule of Benefit (SOB) according to the policy
entitlement
- Work with Chief Operating Officer on the interpretation and
setting on the SOB
- Work with IT team on new benefit parameter for Benefit setting
- Carry out testing on SOB Setting
- To service corporate clients on medical enquiries & resolve
client issues
- Responsible for all client communications
- Deliver quality customer service and appropriate solutions
pertaining to medical queries
- Generate monthly / quarterly report for clients

REQUIREMENT

- Degree in Business Administration/TPA/Insurance/Marketing or
related discipline
- Have working experience in Insurance / TPA. Candidate with
Medical Insurance or Employee Benefits background will be
added advantage.
- Motivated, self-driven and able to work independently under
minimum supervision
- Computer literate and excellent written
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal
and written. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is added
advantage
- Communication skills in email writing and answering phone call
is a must
- Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer
oriented and disciplined
- Candidate must be able to communicate and liaise with people
from all management level
- Possess own transport
- Colourful personalities and positive attitude is an added
advantage
