Oh My ! Nothing good to invest in 2014

I did a good thinking after Christmas on what to invest in 2014. To my shock, there is really nothing much attractive

Property - malaysia priced too high. Rental yield too low. Price expected to drop.
Overseas property - Aussie (start dropping) and UK (start going up). Invest during market change of direction ?
Stock market - Malaysia, all time high. Not going to be gungho
Overseas stock - USA, Sg too high
UT - based on stock, which is too high a level now
Gold - too volatile, uncertainty --> too high risk
Forex - too scared because of uncertainty --> too high risk
FD - short term interest rates coming down to low 3.x%. Hardly beat inflation
Corporate bonds - still consider ok ?

Looks like the investment risk is very high for 2014. Really see no road for 2014. You guys see the same thing ?

Some I increase 10%, some increase only 3%. Got 1 tenant I didn't manage to increase. All agreed after some negotiation.

With so much problem in USA (and in Europe), do you think US$ will become toilet paper and USA economy will collapse in 2013 ?

If you think so, how will it affect Malaysian economy ? What can we personally do to minimise/capitalise the economic disaster ?

Hey guys, interested to know your actual delivery status. This time the online order is very slow !!

Model : Ipad mini 64gb + cellular white
Order date : Dec 7, 2012 09:30
Expected delivery : Dec 26, 2012
1st process : STILL NO UPDATE !!

I ordered Ipad 3 in April and they were very very fast. Ordered 20th April, processed the next day and got the Ipad 4 days later. Faster by 6 days from the expected delivery date. This time after 4 days my order still hasn't process.... WTF

Last time my Ipad 3 order schedule :

How To Download and Watch Youtube Offline

My Ipad is not jailbroken. Ipad is with iOS 5.1.

If I'm not wrong, Ipad disallow youtube videos to be downloaded and saved in Ipad (unless jailbroken).

So I do it in my laptop.

1. Youtube files in my laptop is in FLV format
2. I convert the FLV format into MP4 or H264 format (tried a few converters like CUCUSOFT, Streamclip, MP4Converter)
3. When I sync my laptop and Ipad, MP4/H264 files do not get transferred to Ipad.
4. As for MP3 songs, no problem, can sync and transfer

I am sure I have done some steps wrong.

Please teach me how to do it.
