Paging File Win8

Hi, I came across an article which stated that normally the paging file is set to be roughly 70% of RAM. We can somehow "upgrade" or "modify" the paging file size to decrease the hard disk usage as shown in the task manager tab.
Somehow, I tried this and found that my system behaves slower than expected, therefore, I decided to tick back the "system managed size" and "automatically manage paging file for all drivers".
however, I noticed that the total file size allocated was changed to a lower value compared to the original's ( original was 1342MB to 704MB ).
My system has a 4GB RAM and 750GB hard disk running on windows 8 64-bits.

My question is how to return the paging file size to the original 1342MB instead of a lower 704MB?

Sound card problem

Hi, I am facing a problem when using my laptop. I connect my speaker and found that the right side of it no sound. I connect my speaker to my handphone and found that both side have sound. So, I interchange the speaker again and connect to laptop, still right side (after interchange) no sound. Is it possibly that my laptop's internal sound card spoil? Is there any other ways to fix it? or if I buy a new external sound card should solve the problem? need some sifu help. Thanks in advance.

Details of the complaint :
He pretended to be a worker from SEA GAMER MALL and requested me to bank in to his so-called SEA GAMER MALL account. I bank in to the account but he said his company didn't receive the money. He requested me to post the screenshot of the payment to two emails. First one is joshua_keu@seagm.com ( fake email, and of course he can't receive the screenshot ), so he asked me to send to another email monkeybaby_lee@hotmail.com ( the real one ). After that, he pretended to go and post the psp but in fact he don't have the psp. I believed him because that time was Hari Raya, and he said there might be some delay. Soon after 3 days, I still haven't receive the psp. I text him again, and he said he posted the item. I checked the working hours of the pos office in their website and found that the the working hours for that day was until 5pm. He replied to me that he was at the pos office at 7pm++. He said he was waiting for the officer in charged back from dinner to check. So, i started to suspect him. I began to check with SEA GAMER MALL after he said he posted the item. The kind Manager from SEA GAMER MALL called me and confirmed that he used the screenshot I email to him to purchase game cards from the their company ( I gave her his email and hp number and she checked with their records ). I urged the Manager to send me the chat history between their company and Lee Mun Chun, thanks God, she was kind enough to send me to my email. After done some searching, I found his real name, age and photo. So I brought all of the chats history and details went to the police station to report. I text him that I had reported to the police. Therefore, he agreed to return me double the amount I paid. He dragged me 1 month ++ to refund me all the money. I cancelled the report as what I promised him if he can refund my money.

That's the full story. The reason I posted this thread is to hope that other forumers can be more careful next time and avoid to deal with him. The original chats history and message he sent me are still with me in case I still need them as proof. Below are his details:

What is the distance from midvalley to UPM?

Do anyone know what is the distance from midvalley to UPM? I felt that I got cheated by the taxi driver. He charged me for RM41 for driving from midvalley to UPM starting from south gate to UPM FBMK bus stop. I took the receipt from him and the receipt shows the total distance travelled is 17.93km. But half way he said drive wrong and he restarted the meter count and I noticed that was around a U-turn at Seputeh. And the starting charge when the taxi never move was RM6.00. Its a blue taxi and I suppose it should charge RM4.00. Can anyone please help me with this? I wana complaint the taxi driver. Thanks in advance.
