Hotlink keep dc after few mbs downloads

Im currently using hotlink for my online mobile gaming however it keeps disconnected around 30 minutes everytime and i thought it was a game's fault.

Not until recently it was an update from google playstore and it keep stopped at certain percentage.

So, I
Tried to download 3 100MB files, all stopped when it reach 30MB.
Tried changing phone, same result.
Tried using other carrier (umobile), no problem.

What's the problem actually?
How can I fix it?

I recently into eBay online shopping. I never bought anything pass RM500 to avoid tax.

However, I'm tempted to buy a Nintendo Switch which only average USD200 - USD300 but on shipping detail, I have to pay 'Import Charges' that more expensive than shipping cost.

I googled it and 'import charges' was under eBay GSP which allows my item pass through custom without paying extra charges.

Is it true that custom wont hold my item? people was saying any tax will be handled by local custom and that 'Import Charges' is a scam.

I bought 'stuff' from CDJapan with CIMB Debit card with 2 transactions valued RM400 7 month ago and 2 weeks later, both trans deem successful.

Problem arised when a month later, another Rm400 was deducted from my account and I immediately report a dispute and the officer said i will get my money back around 2-3 billing cycle.

I kinda forget about that and 6 month later, i just remember the dispute and no follow up was made by CIMB.

I returned back to CIMB branch, the reception officer said no report was made and i couldnt get my money back.

What should i do to get my money back?

I'm newbie when comes to a motorcycle. I don't know anything except driving and fill fuel tank.
I just bought motorcycle which is 2010 Honda wave 110 rs for pegi balik kolej purpose only. I guess there is a problem with my motor. There is a weird sound from the engine. It stopped when I entered gear but when free gear, the sound comes again.

Please help me. I afraid I get myself injured when the engine barai itself.

And lastly, please give me some self care a motorcycle tips.
