LAN-STREAMYX-MODEM PROBLEM

i got 2 pc...

1st pc- at home (connect to internet)

2nd pc- at college(no internet)

last week b4 go to my college..me turn off my 1st pc n took its hdd to bring to college...

then this week..bring my 2nd pc back home...then suddently...my 1st & 2nd pc

[B]cannot connect internet...

1)lan light at my mobo didnt blinking..so the modem..

2)[/B]tried other modem..didnt work..try lan card..didnt work oso..same result..

then..

borrow my friend aztech wireless modem..got 4 lan slot there n wan slot...

i set up like this...

pc <----> wireless modem <------->streamyx modem

then only my lan light at mobo n modem turn on..and can surf internet..

what is the problem?

it show my modem,onboard lan and cable in good condition rite?

so

1-why cannot straight connect my mobo lan to modem?

2-why this happen to both my pc?

3-this prob oso happen to 2 of my friend.

i want to connect it normally without using the wireless modem as 'extention wayer'

help me guys..plz

i found something interesting today..

i can direct connect to my modem without the wireless router..

but i hav to set the network speed/duplex --> force full duplex..

why? i never mess up with this setting..why i hav to set it to that..?

i even format my hdd..oso kene set force duplex ..or else cannot detect my lan..

im using win xp pro sp2

m2n-e soundmax intergrated soundcard

the prob is when im playing movie with my media player classic -----

the sound is good n ok at first...then after a while...it become slow...

THEN when i forward a bit the movie,the sound go normal again...

then after a while it slow again..

wah..really dunno what to do...

me using the latest soundmax driver n latest bios...

help guys....

realise this prob after me using m2n-e mobo..

HELP ME GUYS..

today i wake up n oc my pc..coz last nite didnt stable....

then suddently when i turn it on..it off by itself....

turn on again..same thing happen..

I EVEN REASSAMBLE AL MY HARDWARE...EVEN THE WATER COOLING SYSTEM..(ALSO TERMINUM SKIT WATER COOLANT..coz i try to suck it from the tube to make it works)

n b4 this happen i did some wiring with my gc fan that coz the gc fan stop working...wa,,

help me...plz...i'll go date with u if u can solve this..huhu

update: solve oledi...its MOBO prob...but How?

hdd with different voltage n amp

i hav hdd that wont spin ncannot be detected by my mobo..

the hdd is from korea.samsung hdd

the voltage state are +12V/+5V 0.5A/0.7A

is the voltage n amp that prevent it from working n my mobo to detect it?

coz my WD hdd state +12V/+5V 0.69A/0.9A

the samsung hdd is new..thats why im so curious bout this prob..

got no waranty..i dont send the waranty card to samsung...so dont ask bout the waranty..huhu

explaination on this would be very helpful to me..

guys...my system already have 2 stick of 1gb ddr2 667 kingston..

yesterday i bought another 2 stick of kingston ddr2 800..

i dunno to mix the ram or just using the 800 modules..

ok..i have 2 Hdd...

250gb sata wd
320gb sata wd

i install my windows vista in 1 of partition in 250gb hdd

i install my windows XP in 1 of partition in 320gb hdd

the prob is..

only i use the vista windows to run...i'll get the i/o device error for 320gb hdd..

but when i switch to my windows Xp..there is no i/o device error at all...

so the prob ONLY appear when im using my 250GB(windows Vista)...and that problem only came from the 320GB hdd..

so..why is that happen? if the hdd got faulthy..why when i running windows Xp on it there's no prob at all..

did i set a wrong partition setting...coz i dunno about the extend drive..logical drive or the primary drive setting when i partition it..i just partition it in windows..

Hdd do not spint..

i have a samsung hdd...when i plug it on my board..i cant hear the sound of any spinning..

so what can i do with that hdd...any shop can repair it?coz this hdd hav no waranty..

if can repair..where n how much to spent on it...

i have a new samsung 250gb sata 2 hard drive..the thing is..my mobo didn't /cannot detect the drive...

the drive is new...

ok..

i hav a problem when i transfer file from my harddisk...

n im using wd3200ks n wd2500js

the error is 'i/o device error...$mft failed'

i thought its my wd3200ks..so i rma it.

short story..this error happen again n i dunno what has cause the error..n how to deal wit it

i bought gigabyte 3d galaxy ll water cooling kit..

1 of the configuration needs me to connect the pump wire to the mobo sw power jumper...which 1 that suppose to connect wit casing on/off power button cable..

anyway the pump wire ,the casing on/off wire n the mobo is attached 2gether..

n now i cannot on the pc using the on/off button while connect the pump power cable..

i have to on the pc WITHOUT plugin the pump...then after the pc/s start..then only can i plugin the pump power cable n the water cooling system work..

the system will not on if i don do so..

help me...

wit bsod n sometimes just stuck coz of an i/o device error..

ok...i just flash my bios...then every restart i have this error..something bout bad cmos..

i try clear the cmos by pushing the cmos button..but remain the same...help me guys!!

guys...i bought a new casing..then i move my mobo in the new one..then suddently...when i on my pc..got no soun....so i test the speaker ..it seems fine..help guys.

really dunno what happen with my mobo..coz i jas move it ...thats all...

plz help me..i bought vs va912b..but the plug cannot fit into my wall socket...n i try to find other socket..but the shop guy told me that the lcd plug is in europe format..cannot use in malaysia..he told me to cut the plug n attached a 3 socket one...how?

is there any other way? what happen to my waranty if i cut its cord?/ wah!! help me!!
