Computer acting funny.

My windows is XP. For a few times, when I switched on my computer, after that it went the log-in-type-password motion, it suddenly appeared the blue screen with full of words for just a flash of second and my computer restarted again. This then repeated the second time and so on. I managed to noticed few words that is something like: "...remove hardware safely... If this problem continue...(maybe)"
What is happening to my computer? Did I overused it and something spoiled inside or virus or...?
Do i need to take to the computer service center for this?
After a few times of restarting, everything seems to be normal again...

In facilitated diffusion, the carrier protein facilitate the molecule by changing its shape and move the molecule across the membrane. Since that facilitated diffusion is a passive transport, it does not require ATP.

BUT, how can the shape of the carrier protein changes since that it does not have any energy to support?

Can anyone lead me on how to be a 1st, 2nd or 3rd spokesmen. Like how to start a debate for both Government and Opposition team? How to rebuff? Or how to round up?

I want to but {Intel Core 2 Duo e6700} but I have no idea where to find it, any ideas where can I purchase it?
I know that this processor is very OLD but I want it so badly, because my motherboard is old and I don't want to waste my money to change it.
