lenso or advanti rims better?

Hi all sifu,

I want to get a set of new rims for my car but I cant' decide which brand to go with ? either Lenso or Advanti.

The rims that I might want to get:

Advanti s1 storm or Lenso project d spec f

So:
- which brand is better?
- in terms of quality?
- Some say made in taiwan rims not as good as it used to be?

Price wise I know both of it is about the same price but Advanti s1 storm is lighter because its flow forged.

Road paint (white) on car body

Hi All Sifu,

Recently my car kena white paint at the bottom of the car. I assume it's the white paint that they used to paint the roads. Anyone knows what can I used to remove these paints ? I tried scratch remover but its taking forever to remove one small dot, tried thinner (bad choice) as well and my car paint seems to get off as well but luckily I only tried for 1 small dot

Would appreciate if anyone can share their know how in removing these paints thanks.

Car not that powerful as before(Slow acceleration)

Hi All,

As stated in the title, I feel that my car doesn't accelerate like how it does before. As in the pick up I feel that its a bit slower compared to the first few years. The car I'm driving is a 1.5 Swift its about 5 or 6 years now and my mileage is pretty low around 25k only since I don't drive much until the recent one year where I have to travel around 40 - 45km in total(to work and back from work) daily. So I noticed over the years my acceleration/pickup seems to slow down. Was wondering what is causing it and what part that I need to replace ? Since I'm going on highways almost everyday, I can say I drive pretty fast at times ? maybe 120 - 140 ? is this stressing the car causing it to slow down ? Also I did some research online where people say its due to clogged oil filter/fuel pump ?

Hi all, I know this might be an old topic but is civic fd2 (year 2011/2012) 2nd hand worth getting ?

Firstly, sorry if this topic was already discussed but most of the post that I saw was dated quite awhile ago.

I would like to inquire on these following matters regarding the car:

1) Is the maintenance for the car expensive ? major or minor service cost around ?

2) Spare part price ?

3) I heard the fuel consumption is quite high for the car .. is it true? I drive on highway almost every day to travel to work - so average speed is about 100 - 140 .. I guess?

4)Any major problem for the car?

5)Is there any other car would you all recommend aside from this ? my budget is around 80k + ? With that price I think I can only get a vios or city ? But I heard the current city/Vios (2015/2016 model) quality or performance is not that good ?
