New router cannot connect

Hi, just purchase new tp link router (archer c20) however I can't seem to connnect to internet .
I hv reconfirmed login id n pswrd from TM.

On the router internet setup pg, IP address , primary n secondary dns all shows 0.0.0.0
Setting is PPPoE , if I set to auto detect it will select dynamic IP but end result still fail.

Any idea what I did wrong here ? TQ

Dell Vostro - monitor

Hi,
I have Dell Vostro 5470 laptop which is most of the time connected to dell 24"monitor through HDMI cable, my problem is that every 15 minutes or so screen ( dell 24"monitor ) went blank for 2/3 seconds before reappearing. I'm quite sure it actually looking for input signal because just after display reappears there's small HDMI connector symbol shown for few seconds, but I have no clue why this is happening.
This is consistent and now become quite annoying and I don't know what other setting to do ( playing around with display setting properties ) .
Don't think it's cable or contact problem cos it would've been easy to replicate.
Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Hi.
don't know if this is the correct forum but I need help to connect these wires for one of fluorescent light.
It was disconnected long,long time ago ...

where do I connect the red wire to ? and the two green wires coming from ceiling ? thanks.
