After being delayed last year, the miniKON has come into being this March in conjuction with the International Book Fair at PWTC.

Currently the Pekomik market is open only to members, but if your doujin group is really wants a booth, then I suggest coming to the final miniKON commitee meeting and talk it out with the organisers.

Higher Speed Ram in Lower Speed Mobo

I was thinking of upgrading the RAM of my system by 1 gig, and noticed that the stocks for DDR333 are mostly gone, and the DDR400 was in fact cheaper. But my mobo's speed is maxed at 333.

I've been reading around the net about what happens when you put in a faster ram in a board of lower speed, and got suprisingly mixed answers. Most said the Ram's speed will drop to match the mobo (and other ram previously on the mobo), which is good news. Then I found some other replies saying it's a bad idea to do so because it cause some sort of mistiming/inconsistencies or other crap. Which is the truth?

I was also tired of reading statements such as "U R stupid, it's like putting a Ferrari engine in a Kancil; all that power cannot go to waste", when the price of the Ferarri engine is cheaper than the replacement Kancil engine. Who's really stupider?
