Investors supporting this portal should be shot dead.

This is a Irresponsible portal. Instead of helping customer who was having problem to solve it and understand what is their concern, they did little.

I booked Hin Construction through ServisHero to repair water leakage but they changed their assessment a day before coming in. Then, they gave a significantly higher quote and more extensive repair when compared to other contractor. Can I rely on them based on these circumstances?

The main company I wish to highlight to those who read this is not Hin Constrcution but EZ Multitech Sdn Bhd (1163511-U) with address at N0. 79A Jln SS21/37 Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor shown on its invoice. After I got plenty of assurances from ServisHero that their contractors aka hero are good quality companies, I went ahead to book them. I changed my booking from Hin Construction to EZ Multitech but I was unable to click on the option to select EZ Multitech. I called up and I believe I spoke to Anson, VP of the firm who advised I could go ahead to directly with them but he subsequently argued that I did not book through them so they are not responsble. As mentioned, I have no incentive not to book through ServisHero but due to their system limitation I had to resort this way. This was confirmed by them.

I was dealing with En Mohd Zukkri Bin Zakaria all this while. I made 50% deposit to his company via online transfer prior to commencement. He informed me job would be completed within 10 days. However, he came only 1 day during the 10 days. I was not staying there and I booked accommodation elsewhere for my tenant at their request. After my tenant informed me that he only came 1 days towards the end of agreed period. I tried contacting En Zukkri but failed. I suspected I was being cheated and hence contacted Anson and ServisHero to assist. Initially, ServisHero reluctant to assist arguing I did not book through them. I asked Anson to get full refund for me as En Zukkri failed to carry out the job as agreed and give plenty of excuses. Anson managed to track down the other director on their record and was told that En Zukkri was traveling to Johor. Not long after En Zukkri contacted me but he refused to pay me the full deposit citing they did the work already. I called up Anson expressing my doubt about this company but was advised to let them finishing the job and he said this company has good review. Trying to give the company a 2nd chance and also Anson refusing to assist me further nor allowing me to talk his ceo/founder, I reluctantly proceed with this suggestion. I believe Anson has equity ownership in this firm and its ceo was somehow aware of this issue but did nothing. I filed a police report.

Now after nearly 1 month since the commencement of job, they have not finished the job and disappeared. The worker made a big mess of my house. Many times, my tenant suffered after they came back and found out the room inhabitable due to dust, dirt and smell, etc. During the past 1 month, they had to move out a number of times as En Zukkri failed to finish the job as agreed and I ended footing my tenant’s accommodation and cleaning bills. I have not been able to contact En Sukkri. Again, I suspect because I already paid him enough, the remaining works are not worth his time. He kept asking me to trust him. I asked him whether he tested whether his water proofing work is done properly, he said yes, but could you believe him if you were me? The repair works for my unit below, the painting and touch up on my wall and dirt and cement on my bathroom tiles are not finished. He had agreed to come on 18/7/18 and a few weeks later to clear the stains and cement but he failed to show up and take my calls. I went to search for his company address as indicated on his invoice. The office is occupied by a company secretary service company. I was unable to locate the name of EZ Multitech Sdn Bhd on its display board let alone finding anyone working for this construction company. Google search for company phone and address also returned nothing useful. Phone numbers listed are out of service. And ServisHero said this company is of good quality and recommended I proceed with them? Are you kidding me? How did they check?

Loan based on net income

Has anybody's loan been lowered due to this new rule which based on net income? Is the bank really enforcing it strictly? I wan to apply for loan but using the new rule, I suddenly find myself cannot afford house which I intend to buy before. How about your experience?
