Hi,

Was wondering anyone here using instant boiler?

Any one used before this appliance? Khind instant boiler? or the viomi ones?
How is it? is 100 degrees c really there? or not at all near 100 degrees?
And also is there any plastic smell in the water?

Want to ease my family's problem of boiling water everyday and every time when hot water needed but worry not good for health because of plastic use, and also temp not hot enough to make coffee etc.

Honda Jazz Hybrid or Nissan Almera

Hi sifus,
Budget around 50k for a used car,
both found 2015 cars,
which should i get? other than the boot size.

I heard almera has some wheel bearing problems and compressor fan problems,
while jazz hybrid im concern of the hybrid battery stuff,( not really farmiliar with hybrid stuff)

Can anyone advise me on this?
