Mobo unable boot

My Asus mobo suddenly unable to boot and showing error 53. I do not have spare parts to exchange to see what is the problem item. I am at Klang. Anyone know someone who can repair mobo or have the spare parts to exchange to see what item spoilt.

3) Rainbow Tweeter from SLC. They do sound very good and smooth. One tweeter has some glue which been cleaned and another missing back plate but it does not effect the performance of the tweeter. /b]

The speaker used in fair condition. One of the terminal plastic holder i have changed to arcylic which is stronger. There is a scratch on one of the speaker but there is no tear or effect the quality of the sound.
