The power pin is completely fine. Whenever connected to pc or laptop, the power is there and the light is on but simply undetected. Therefore i cant access the drive..<br />Is there any possibility to get this pin or the hard disk usb socket replaced? or is there any option for me to retrieve all the data in the drive? Appreciate if anyone knows which shop to do this and how much will it cost. I have been using it for 3 years now.
