Gamer kena lockdown

Need some advice guys, as you all know the lock-down is extended, god knows whether it will be extended again.

Long story short, I'm locked down at my mom's place without my gaming rig (delivery is not possible and too expensive), I only have an laptop with me without any graphic card. I have few options considering I need to get something with GPU 1650 or higher

1. Buy a new cheap gaming laptop , less than Rm3k and sell it later
2. Buy a E-GPU - a gaming box which has display card, extending the old laptop graphic card via thunder bolt.
3. Rent a gaming laptop - Is there such service here?
4. Buy second hand gaming rig/laptop
5. Borrow a gaming laptop from a friend? Since everyone is lock-down, i don't think this is an option.

It's been a while since I buy my stuff from a physical store, I might go to the store to touch the physical goods but most of the time I buy them online. I also found out the price is much cheaper on Lazada, once I know what I want, I will either read the reviews online or post my queries on the forum, if it's a good buy I will pull the trigger.

I realized I don't need to be confused by the salesmen to tell me getting something that I don't need, nor getting wrong information about the products. Don't get me wrong, not all salesmen are bad but most of the time their agenda is to push an an old stock or introducing a new product with massive margin.

HELP! Best Performance PC Under Rm3000

Hi guys,

I'm trying to build a rig which is Doom4 ready withinRm3000 and I'm not sure which hardware to go for. I'm trying to squeeze the best performance per bucks and SSD is an option. I'm the type of guy that don't store musics or photos, I delete application when I don't need them. I don't do photoshop or rendering, it's purely internet and FPS games.

Here's some of my initial choice, still not sure which CPU to go for. If overclocking and AMD can perform more than Intel, I don't mind to go for it.

CPU: Intel Core i5/AMD ?
HDD: SSD is a requirement
Graphic: ATI 380 / Nvidia 960?
PSU : tru power 500watt and above
Mobo : Overclockable, reliable.
RAM: 8GB
Casing: Good ventilation, aluminium if budget allows.

Why keep posting jobs only for chinese? If Mandarin spoken i understand, but why need specifically chinese? What about other races which can speak chinese? If non-halal food I understand, but secret recipe?

Conditions like - Language requirement, Halal food i'm ok. But based on RACE I think its totally not fair.

PS# I'm Cainis, many ppl flaming like im a non-chinese

Hey guys, as you know the world is getting more globalized. May I know what are the reasons that preventing Malaysian from applying oversea's job? I'm not talking about migrating to another country, but finding or accepting an offer outside of Malaysia.

Separate Section for Singapore

After seeing so many threads related with Singapore issues, I would suggest we open a section specially for Singapore.
Threads like Singapore breaking news, Singapore scandal, living/moving in Singapore and etc, would be in one section.

I do realize many forummer are from/working in Singapore, often i'm seeing news from hardwarezone.com copied to lowyat.net kopitiam, if we have Singapore section, we could even drive Singaporeans traffic to lowyat.net.
