Massive Lawsuit to Streamyx/Unifi

Dear all forumers,

I have been suffering for the downtime services of TM Streamyx, which is the sole service provider in my area, for this 4 years, every year there must be 2~3 months i have my service interrupted.You have to call again and again then TM will send the technician, sometimes they simply close the case without doing anything.

Worst of all, they still want you to pay full amount of the monthly subscription (my 8MB package is RM160/month) after they fail to provide service, you have to lodge few complaint to their billing department then they will investigate, calculate etc etc then you can only get penny which not reasonable.

I have been lodging complaint to MCMC many times, yet MCMC can do anything. And i am really desperated, i wanna make it publicly so that the TM will aware of their problem, if you have the same problem with me, please go to Mahkamah Tuntutan Kecil and start lodging complaint to TM. It is Tribunal which able to claim RM5000 below from the related company while they have to appeal in court themselves and cannot hire any lawyer to defence any.

I hope all suffered TM users can lodge the lawsuit to them in all over the nation so that TM would aware that we are the boss who paying them instead of someone to beg for their services.

pls google the local Mahkamah Tuntutan Kecil of your area and make TM pay for it!
