I was informed that for all progress payment after 1/4/2015, I have to pay 6% GST. So far construction is only 20% meaning 80% of the purchase price will attract GST which is around RM264000. OMG! Is there anyway to push to developer or get bank to finance? What about SOHO, SOFO, SOVO and all the SO... with commercial title? Do they also suffer the same fate?
