[WTA] Any wireless earbuds that comes with dongle?

Hi - Been searching around LYN but didn't find the answer, so hoping some of you audio experts would know.
i have a Sony WH-H800 wireless headphone but it feels heavy and I'm also having issue with the mic stop working during calls/meetings. no issue when it's connected via wired. contacted sony sc but they couldn't fix it.

so i'm looking to find any notable brands like jabra, JBL (no more sony for me) that have wireless earbuds that comes with dongle? i don't want to buy another one and having bluetooth issue with the mic.
i think the dongle could prevent this issue. thanks in advance for any advice given....
