In about a weeks time, my friends and I are going to genting (4 of us)
We want to stay 1 night in a hotel but I read online saying that you have to use credit card to book.

Few Questions to ask.
1. Is it possible to book the hotel room using cash?
2. Which hotels are the cheapest there?
3. Is it possible to book a hotel if you're under 18?

Need help with XPS Laptop

Hey Guys. I may be new but i really need your help

Laptop :
Dell XPS M1530
Centrino
NVidea Geforce 8600M GT
2.0GHZ
2046MB of RAM.

Problems :
*Sometimes when I switch on the laptop, The light on the power button will come on for a few seconds then off, Then it will not switch on

*Once you shut it off, You cannot leave it off for too long. If it is left off for too long, It wont start up the next time you switch it on. You will have to wait a long time.

-Need Help
If you could, Please tell me How much it will cost to fix this and what is wrong with the laptop.
