Services cannot be used via Hotlink Tether

Hi guys, i found out that there are some list of services that cannot be used via wifi tethering using hotlink new packages Free999Gb Facebook:

1. Facebook
2. Instagram
3. Whatsapp web
4. Oculus

I am deducting that all the related companies/services acquired by Facebook is not able to be accessed using hotlink new packages Free999Gb Facebook.
Is there anyone with other packages without the Free999Gb Facebook can try to access the abovementioned services?
And also please suggest which website is more better in complaining operators like maxis.

@Hotlink, if you block facebook via wifi tethering, then it is fine since you have the so called "Free999Gb Facebook" . But now you are blocking whatsapp web as well? this is hindering productivity. I will bring this matter to MCMC.

Cannot received sms TAC while roaming in Myanmar

Currently i am roaming in Myanmar. Since these few days, i am not able to received SMS TAC while performing online banking transaction and new TM website registration. Please help to check. Currently, i am on hotlink fast plan.

Unable to received sms while roaming in Laos

Hi Maxis,

Currently, i am at Laos. My phone network currently is attached to Beeline which i believe is Maxis roaming partner in Laos.
For the past few days, i had been unable to receive sms. I had been able to receive call but sms is not receive while roaming in Laos.
I had changed the sim cards to several smartphone but I had get the same result: can receive call but cannot receive sms.
I suspect is some problem either at the Maxis network or your roaming partner network.
Please assist ASAP as this has been very difficult for me to make transaction online which needed for me to receive the TAC sms from bank.

Open a locked door without a key

this morning i accidentally locked my room with my room key inside the room. Now, I do not have key to open my door. Do u guys know how to solve this?

Cannot connect to internet

Hi everyone,

my home router cannot connect to internet after yesterday my electricity suddenly turn off. After i turn on the main power switch, all the electricity is working fine but my home router is unable to connect to internet. the home router is working fine and the adsl light is also turning on but the internet light is showing red light.
it still showing that from yesterday night. is there anything that i can do?
i am using my dataplan now.

Ad hoc network with mobile devices

Hi everyone,

have a problem here. Actually i was doing this project whereby i need to send images from mobile devices which is wifi enabled to a laptop using ad hoc network that is created by the laptop itself. I do not include router here because i dont want to add in the cost of the router. Basically, it is just mobile devices connect to the laptop ad hoc network and send images to it via wifi.
however, i discover that are some problems.
1. android devices cannot detect my ad hoc network?? which mean there is no way of sending images to the laptop using wifi?? (except bluetooth)
2. iOS devices can connect to my ad hoc network but there is no option for me to send the images directly to the laptop. I do not want to access the images using my laptop browser. I want it to send the images straight to a folder inside my laptop.
3. havent try other wifi enabled phone but i think they are able to connect to the ad-hoc network. just that there are no option to send it wirelessly right?

does our phone need to have LTE chipset in order to enjoy the mobile high speed?

Laptop Weird Sound

Hi all, just now when i was using my laptop, the sound suddenly came out. It was kinda like high-pitched kettle boiling sound. it was like "yiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" and my laptop was jam so i have to turn it off manually. After i restart, everything is normal. but i suspect it will happen again in the future. So, just wanted to ask what could probably the cause? The sound came from the left upper corner around the speaker sound.
Could it possibly fan problem? or hard disk problem?
What is the cost range to service or clean the fan?

2 taskbar with 2 different time

Hi all. I now currently using desktop windows xp. when i restart my pc and log on into windows, there are 2 taksbars reside at the bottom of the screen, one on top of another. one taskbar at 6.30 pm, the other taskbar at current time. when my mouse move over to the taskbar, the current time taskbar will show up. if i move away, it will go down and show the past time taskbar which is at 6.30pm. These phenomena also cause me to cannot click on desktop icon.
Why is this happening? Can someone know what setting to change?
