Yesterday I received a call from a company that offers PMP - Project Management Professional courses.

Even though I have informed them that I am no longer interested, they continued to harass me.

I want everyone to know to avoid calls from this company.

Below is my email to MSC Malaysia, with whom this company is partnered with to provide training to Malaysia's working professionals.

If someone calls from Nityo Infotech, do not accept anything from them, it will just be a hell-ride.

Caller had a very thick Indian accent. Numbers originate from Singapore.

At 10pm I had expressed that I was no longer interested to sign up for the course, they started harassing me via WhatsApp.

Today, 5th Sept, they continue to call me on my mobile number and they refuse to accept that I am no longer interested to sign up for their course.

They have called me at 1.54pm and again at 1.57pm, even though I have told them that I am NO LONGER INTERESTED.

As an official partner of MSC Malaysia, I believe they should remain professional and ethical at all times. If a potential customer states they are not interested, they should accept the customer's decision and not harass them.

Please take action as this will only tarnish MSC Malaysia's image in the eyes of working professionals.
