i am currently dating my colleague and he is a manager from different department. honestly i don't fancy dating someone from the same workplace but he did something that impressed me so much and so i accepted him. the problem is, his department always have work conflict with my department and he dislikes my manager while i work very closely with my manager. recently something happened and i am now stucked in between him and my manager. he requested me to change to his department, in a joking manner, but i know he really mean it. i like working with my manager because he is the nicest boss on earth. will this affect my relationship with my boyfriend if i refuse to change department? my feeling is growing stronger each day for my boyfriend because he treats me very nice, on the other hand, i love working with a great boss and i don't wish to change department or job.
