I bought a car part from the US and total paid around 35usd including shipping to Malaysia. When it arrived I got charged RM69 sst. When I checked the invoice jabatan kastam put in RM583 as freight charges, however the amount was never reflected in the seller's invoice.

Anyone had experience with such issue? Is it possible to make a complain and get a refund?

I just recently applied for loan for 4 year old car. Then loan was approved and the banker told me I had to take a life insurance from them to insure the loan amount. She insisted it was compulsory for used car loan for Affin Bank. Anyone have experience with this?

Shoplot Tenancy Agreement

I rented a shoplot for retail business and after about 6 months every month is just losing money. The total sales is unable to cover the rental and employee salary.

So we decided to close the business. However after informing the landlord that we want to stop the rental, the landlord showed us that there was a clause saying we have to pay for the rest of the tenure if we choose to terminate the agreement early. I admit it's my bad for not reading the agreement carefully before signing it. Now they insist we have to pay the rest of the 2 year tenure or get a new tenant.

Anyone experienced this before? What's the solution?

I posted an ad in mudah selling a guitar asking a price of rm1850. Then there was this guy, sent me an email saying he is willing to offer rm2000 for it, and he's currently at USA, will transfer money into my paypal account and he will send a courier company to pick the item up to be shipped to US.

So does this sound legit? I'm kinda noob in paypal, is it possible to get money from paypal just by providing amail address?

PDRM parking saman

2 weeks ago I got a PDRM summon when I parked at the roadside at LCCT. Last week PDRM sent a letter to my house regarding the summon and for the parking itself I was issued 3 offences : Disobeying traffic sign, traffic obstruction and 30feet from junction. The payment for each offence is RM150, RM100, RM150, total RM400.

Anyone got this type of summon before? 3 offences just for parking. Is the payment cumulative? Its not that im not willing to pay but RM400 for a parking offence is too much.

4G93 throttle body gear

My wira stalled sometimes once I try to shift gears in slow speed. Seeing some other thread from here I think it's the throttle body causing the problem. I've not open the throttle body and check cause I don't have the tools. Another symptom is the engine rev automatically when the air-con compressor in ON during idle.

Im from Penang and I just moved to Seri Kembangan area recently. Wana ask any sifus know is there any reputable workshop nearby that I can send my car to check without being overcharged?

I can't afford to pay too much for the repair cause I just started working, don't have much cash with me.

Question regarding international parcel

Im currently in canada and bout 1 week plus ago i sent back a parcel back to malaysia...but the problem is i forgot to write down the name of sender and receiver. I just wrote down my address and receiver's address in malaysia. Anyone experienced this before? Is it ok if there is no receiver's name?...I checked with Canada Post and they said they'll send anything with a valid address on it but im worried bout PosMalaysia.

i sent it out on 13 July and there is no tracking number whatsoever. Its stated that it takes bout 6-10 business days to arrive.

Am I right to be unhappy?

My gf and I have been together for almost 4 years, we were very close and during this period we see each other very often, almost everyday because we're studying at the same uni. All the while she's the type of person who does not hang out with her girl friends very often, sometimes she will just say no if she's lazy and don't feel like going.

But recently this year after some school trips and school projects, she had been very close with her malay guy coursemates. Taking lots of photos together and there's a guy who chat with her in fb almost everyday. She even went out for dinner with 2 malay guys only. I've told her that im not happy bout this but she keep saying its nothing and im thinking too much. There was once the guy even wanted to drive a few km from the uni to nearby her house to accompany her for dinner, she asked my permission to go but eventually she did not go cos i was angry bout that.

Next month im going to study overseas for bout 1.5 years and will probably not be coming back within the 1.5 year period. She promised me that she will not go out with any guy/guys only without any girls...but she did it again yesterday, going out for dinner with 2 malay guys. She asked for my permission but i said its up to her cos i said i cant do much since her heart wants to go. I was disappointed because she can say no to other friends but not to them. Yea the guy helped her in some of her assignments but for me i feel kinda disrespected.

Initially i asked her to promise that she'll not be going out with guys 1 on 1 when im not around, but thinking again, i think why not to be fair to her, its up to her since i will not be by her side when she needs someone within the 1.5 years and just tell me if she found another guy to fill up the slot.

So im asking is it reasonable for me to be unhappy? or im just jealous for nothing?
