[HELP] Laptop cant connect to Wi-Fi

Hi all.

I'm having a problem in connecting to the Wi-Fi of my modem (Innacomm - W3400).

Apparently, connecting to the Wi-Fi of my modem by using my smartphone is not a problem but not my laptop.

I can connect to other Wi-Fi by using my laptop with no problem but not this one.

I tried to restart the modem a couple of times but still resulting the same.

What could be causing the problem?
