Guys, do check this out b4 is goes totally clean sweep....Phase 1 Block is is 98% SOLD. This sat 23 April is the launching of Phase 2....their sales office is at the former TGIF outlet at Section 14 Jaya supermart. Section 13 has been converted from an industrial land to a commercial one....i think they are the 1st ones to sell SOHO and designer suites in this vicinity.........place is super strategic....at the very heart of PJ........F & N property division is also looking into buidling a similar concept in Section 13 but this will take some time.......
