misleading telemarketing job advertisement

A friend of mine from Kelantan had been searching for jobs since she graduated last year.Last week she saw one advertisement in Mudah looking for CIMB Bank Executive.
She called up and they ask her to come for interview in Raja Chulan for that post on last Monday
She travelled from Kelantan to Raja Chulan and found out the interview was not at CIMB but at xxx xxxxxxx Sdn Bhd.
Apparently the position is actually as telemarketer for xxxx company to promote CIMB services and not CIMB executive with CIMB as advertised
She still proceed with the interview and they straight offer her the job with basic rm 1700 and rm 200 attendance allowance

What still linger in my mind :-

a) Is this such misleading advertisement is allowed in Malaysian Practice

b)A combine salary of Rm 1900 is very high for fresh telemarketer with a bit
of basic promoter experience.. IMHO..Is there any hidden terms and conditions not stated?

c) Working hours is from 9.30 to 6.30 from monday till friday but if she cant get 2 sales on that day she need to stay up till 8 pm..Is there such practice?
